By choosing us to prime your agency's contract, you will also receive rapid response and deployment support. For national or state-level emergency requests on active contracts or new requirements, we provide 24/7/365 support as well as rapid onboarding of new resources (typically less than 24 hours after request). If any new legislation or industry-disruptive tool affects our services, we conduct an internal review and notify the Contracting Officer of the impact and our proposed resolution.
For primes, we provide full lifecycle proposal development support. This includes any proposal area you may need help with, including compliance checks, creating annotated outlines, writing and polishing content, desktop publishing, as well as vetting and recruiting for proposals.

Sagar Moktan, CEO & Founder
With over 10 years of experience in the federal contracting industry, Sagar (TS/SCI cleared | ex-Amazon) brings a wealth of experience and expertise in running Animo. As an Air Force veteran, Sagar has direct experience working with the federal government. He has added significantly to AGC's vast network of cybersecurity professionals, spanning from high turnover junior LCATs to SMEs specializing in legacy systems and disruptive technologies. Sagar founded Animo in 2020 to deliver transformative IT security solutions to agencies, whether that be stand-alone IT solutions or enterprise Program/Staff Development and Management solutions that embody cybersecurity in all its processes.
